New York Board of Trade ROIE Status in London The UK's Financial Services Authority (FSA) has made a recognition order designating NYBOT as a "Recognised Overseas Investment Exchange" (ROIE). Recognition will allow NYBOT to expand access to electronic trading in the U.K and increase the scope of its sales and marketing activities. The ROIE status will take effect immediately. In February, NYBOT began offering its electronic markets for soft commodity futures on the ICE trading platform. On June 15, NYBOT will add its U.S. Dollar Index(R) and Russell 1000(R) Indexes to the ICE platform.
