OpenPages is to follow the Sarbanes-Oxley Act abroad, with the opening of its first direct presence in Japan, with an office in Tokyo.

Two drivers are growing the market for compliance software. Firstly foreign companies with listings in the US are having to comply with the Act.

Secondly a number of countries are implementing their own Sarbanes-Oxley type legislation. OpenPages already has offices in the UK and Hong Kong.
