Kyriba Corporation has successfully completed its SAS 70 Type II certification. The move is commonly seen as a stepping stone to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

SAS 70 or Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70, Service Organisations, focuses on internal controls in the same way as Section 404.

Deloitte & Touche who did the audit conducted an independent and comprehensive review and testing of the design and effectiveness of Kyriba's internal operations controls and processes. The certification applies to Kyriba's KyribaTi, a hosted treasury platform.
